Compensation:$20 hourly, depending on experience
Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service with a caring attitude.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and text.
- Make and receive a high number of calls regarding monthly orders.
- Educate clients on insurance benefits.
- Maintain customer accounts and update them as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and develop better processes.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations.
- Previous phone experience is strongly preferred.
- Some knowledge of medical terminology and the healthcare industry.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Adaptability. Excellent time management.
- High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Signing bonus for previous Brightree software experience.
