Job Summary
We seek a Administrative Care Coordinator to join our team!
As the Administrative Care Coordinator, you are responsible for coordinating and supervising our programs that support individuals with behavioral and physical health needs. As a Administrative Care Coordinator, your two key priorities include managing and training direct support staff and ensuring all aspects of the program are developed, implemented, coordinated, and monitored to the highest degree possible. This can include talking with individuals in need, working with other employees to find solutions to issues, and overall contributing to the community.
The ideal candidate has a compassionate attitude, experience working with people in need, and strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
- Meet with members of our community to determine their needs
- Identify gaps in service or shift, and work with clients to fill gaps open shift
- Research and implement new programs to improve community wellness
- Ensure regulatory compliance at every step
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in social work or equivalent field desired
- Or more than 2 years of work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities
- Experience in a people-facing role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with basic computer programs, such as Microsoft Office suite
Salary : $17 - $22
