Grace Reliant’s growing Home Health team is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Community Liaison to connect with the community and expand our reach in alignment with our mission to help individuals live more complete and independent lives. This dynamic role focuses on building strong, lasting relationships with referral sources such as physicians, long-term care facilities, and community organizations while promoting our high-quality healthcare services.
Serving New Madrid, Scott, Stoddard, and Butler Counties, the Community Liaison plays a key part in driving business development, conducting market analysis, and fostering meaningful connections to enhance the lives of elderly and disabled residents in Missouri.
Responsibilities:
- Involved in promoting their organization’s healthcare products and services.
- Required to have knowledge about all the old and new healthcare products and services being offered by their company.
- Generating referrals for home health by building relationships with physicians, long term care, independent and assisted living facilities and other community resources.
- Expected to bring in business to the organization by acquiring new customers.
- Conduct market analysis; develop sales strategy, goals and plans.
- Prepare new marketing plans for promoting the organization’s healthcare products and services.
- Take customer feedback on their organization’s healthcare products and services.
- Support business development activities and help establish strong relationships with new and existing referral sources.
- Collect information about the healthcare products and services being offered by their competitors and list the positive points of their company’s healthcare products and services as compared to the others.
Qualifications:
- Residing in the Poplar Bluff area is preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
- At least two years of recent sales experience in the health care industry, preferably in home health.
- Formal sales training.
- Proven ability to develop and implement a sales and marketing plan.
- Evidence of achieving referral goals within the market.
- Excellent planning, organization and presentation skills are critical.
- The ideal candidate will have established healthcare contacts and be able to readily network in the community.
