Grace Reliant is looking to invite a Facilities Coordinator to join our growing team. We exist to help people live more complete and independent lives. Through our many services we provide care, support, and mentorship to elderly and disabled residents in Missouri.â¯
In this role, you will ensure the cleanliness, organization, and assist in overall upkeep of our facility. This role is responsible for performing janitorial duties, maintaining inventory of janitorial supplies, and assisting with event setup and teardown to support a well-maintained and functional environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain a routine cleaning schedule.
- Perform routine janitorial duties, including cleaning, sanitizing, and restocking supplies.
- Maintain inventory of janitorial and cleaning supplies, placing orders as needed.
- Assist with the setup and teardown of events, including arranging furniture, equipment, and supplies.
- Organize and maintain a setup/tear down schedule for events and meetings.
- Ensure common areas, restrooms, and workspaces are clean and well-maintained.
- Assist with general facility organization and upkeep.
- Work collaboratively with staff to address facility-related needs.

Qualifications:
- Experience in janitorial or commercial cleaning required.
- Experience in facility maintenance or event setup preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and move furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Reliable and able to work independently and as part of a team.
