Staffing Coordinators play a vital role in organizing and sustaining staffing for a vibrant long-term care facility. Being at the forefront of changing variables (understanding staffing needs, taking constant proactive steps to fill critical roles, and actively ensuring the smooth operation of the facility) means our Staffing Coordinators needs to thrive under pressure. Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) are both encouraged to apply!

Responsibilities and Purpose

  • Organize and sustain staffing within the facility.
  • Understand Staffing Needs.
  • Able to identify hard to fill roles and take actions to fill.

Required Experience and Education

  • Current and unencumbered Oklahoma Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License.
  • Works well under pressure and on deadline for a large facility.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
  • Experience coordinating personnel schedules in long-term care preferred.
