What You’ll Do:

As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you are responsible to:

• Assist with planning, implementation, and execution of marketing campaigns
• Evaluate data and create reports for key metrices to manage marketing campaign effectiveness
• Conduct market research and assist with development of effective marketing strategies
• Develop visual assets for social media, marketing campaigns, website and lead generation
• Create content for marketing emails and digital ads to drive lead generation
• Create landing pages to support marketing campaigns
• Analyze and update data in our CRM, eCommerce, and ERP platforms
• Manage company social media accounts and actively promote our company
• Assist with marketing events such as tradeshows, webinars, live events, etc.
• Compile and analyze data for internal and outside sales teams
• Assist with other Sales/Marketing activities as needed

What You’ll Need:

• Two-year degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience
• Two years’ experience in a similar role
• Fluency with Social Media platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and X
• Familiarity with CRM, CMS, Email Marketing and SEO platforms and strategies
• Skilled in Adobe or compatible graphic design tool
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Outstanding copywriting and copy-editing abilities
• Experience with Pay-Per-Click platforms
• Good time management and organization skills
• Computer knowledge including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Excellent verbal and written skills
