Electrical Product Engineer

Grace Technologies is recruiting for an Electrical Product Engineer to join our team in Davenport, Iowa

What You’ll Do

• Product Reliability - Work with the product and engineering teams to ensure the long-term technical reliability of Grace Technologies products. Investigate and resolve product design issues both before and after release.
• Product Support - Identify, prioritize, and resolve customer-facing product issues. Provide remote or on-site application support and installation oversight for customers when needed.
• Product Marketing - Assist the product team in delivering successful new product introductions. Build documentation for shipping product, identify product documentation deficiencies, and work with marketing team to generate missing content. Ensure the continued maintenance of a technical library for customer support.
• Product Sales Support - Represent Grace Technologies and engage with customers and vendors over the phone and at assigned trade shows and other events.
• Product Engineering Support - Work with the engineering team to evaluate, design, and test mechanical, electrical, and software products.
• Engineering Support - Other duties as assigned

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor's degree in software / electrical / mechanical / industrial / computer engineering or related field.
• Basic understanding of electrical engineering including designing analog or digital systems, PCB layout design, and electrical testing.
• Proficiency with lab-based debugging tools (multimeter, oscilloscope, logic analyzer, frequency generator, power supply, etc.).
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with OEM partner management and negotiation.
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
• Familiarity with product development processes and methodologies.
