Immigration Attorney
Location: 500 West Cypress Creek Road, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309
Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 per year
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, No weekends
The Position:
We are looking for a passionate, team-oriented Immigration Attorney to join our firm. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of immigration law experience, excellent writing and analytical skills, and be fluent in both English and Spanish.
Responsibilities:
- Handle a wide range of immigration law cases
- Provide legal counsel and representation to clients
- Prepare and file petitions, applications, and other legal documents
- Collaborate with a team of attorneys and staff
Requirements:
- State Bar license
- Minimum of 3 years of immigration law experience (preferred)
- Bachelor’s Degree from a U.S. university
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
- Outgoing, personable, and team-oriented
