*Job Summary*
The Operations Coordinator at Gracepoint Home Care plays a key role in ensuring the efficient daily operations of the agency. This position supports the Director of Operations and HR Manager by coordinating schedules, managing resources, and ensuring that internal processes run smoothly. The Operations Coordinator will be involved in staff coordination, client service support, and overall operational logistics.
*Key Responsibilities*
Staff Scheduling and Coordination:
- Assist in creating and maintaining caregivers and staff schedules to ensure all client needs are met in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with the Director of Operations to manage changes in caregiver assignments due to availability or emergencies.
- Ensure proper communication between caregivers, clients, and management regarding schedule changes and updates.
Operational Support:
- Manage the day-to-day administrative functions, ensuring efficient workflow and timely task completion.
- Provide support in the implementation of operational policies and procedures.
- Track and manage inventory of office supplies, medical equipment, and other necessary resources.
Client Service Support:
- Act as a liaison between clients, caregivers, and the administrative team to address any operational issues or concerns.
- Ensure client care notes are up to date and thoroughly documented by team members. maintained in eRSP.
- Assist in onboarding new caregivers and ensuring all required paperwork is documented.
- Assist with new caregiver introductions to clients in the home.
- Assist with covering scheduled shifts as needed when caregivers are not available.
- Work with Client Relationship Success Manager in assigning caregivers based on the client’s needs.
Cross-Department Coordination:
- Collaborate with Director of Operations and HR Manager to ensure all operational functions are aligned and effectively executed.
- Coordinate and schedule all new team members for weekly orientation.
Problem Resolution:
- Address operational challenges or disruptions promptly, ensuring minimal impact on client services.
- Work with administrative team on any issues related to caregiver-client scheduling conflicts or operational delays.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $31,200.00 per year
