Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A):
The successful candidate will also be responsible for surfacing M&A opportunities that potentially align with the Divisional goals and target market applications to the Corporate Development team.
Leadership and Financial Management:
This role requires strong leadership and financial management skills, including leading, mentoring, managing, and staffing a team of sales, marketing, and engineering professionals. The ideal candidate will ensure alignment with organizational goals and promote a culture of excellence within the team. Additionally, they will establish, manage, and be accountable for the annual team budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and alignment with organizational strategic objectives.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field;
• An MBA or advanced degree preferred;
• At least 12 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, with a strong focus on sales, marketing, and engineering functions;
• Proven experience in financial analysis, P&L management, and operational finance;
• Familiarity with semiconductor technologies and market dynamics;
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive business growth;
• Excellent communication and leadership skills;
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple functions and teams;
• Experience with mergers and acquisitions preferred;
