What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cybersecurity Program Analyst position at GradBay?
We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Program Analyst to provide critical support in the evaluation and integration of advanced capabilities, programs, and technologies. This role involves applying analytical expertise to support strategic decision-making related to information warfare systems. Responsibilities include developing analytical tools, producing briefings, integrating analyses, creating cost models and estimates, and contributing to the development of capability and programmatic assessment processes.
Qualifications:
- Active and maintainable U.S. Government security clearance at the Secret level.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of three years of full-time professional experience in at least two of the eight (ISC)² security domains (CBK), demonstrating recent experience in the development, implementation, and/or support of cybersecurity solutions and performance risk identification. OR, three years of experience in capability definition and operation of Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) systems and/or unmanned systems.
- Familiarity with defense planning, programming, budgeting, and execution (PPBE) processes and naval concepts.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology Management, Data Science, or Operations Research.
- Ten years of experience (including five years in a management role) in capability definition and operation of IT, space systems, C4ISR systems, and/or unmanned systems.
- Knowledge of Capital Planning and Investment Control; computer networking concepts and protocols; network security methodologies; cybersecurity principles; relevant laws, regulations, policies, and ethics; risk management processes; cybersecurity incidents; standards, governance, and policy development; the Department of Defense PPBE process; and naval concepts.
- Experience in planning, organizing, executing, and controlling technical, business, and financial services projects.
- Experience coordinating project stakeholders and conducting quality assurance reviews.
