I have an immediate need for an in-home 5th grade math tutor in Millbury by Dorothy Pond. They are off of MacArthur Drive near Bird's Nest Italian Street Food restaurant. The students are brothers in 5th grade attending AKSCS Elementary School. They need to work with a tutor for assistance with math.
Both students could use a little bit more direction in math. Once they learn something in math they have a hard time retaining the information that was learned long ago.
The goals are to build the students' confidence and have them remain at or above grade level.
The family wants 1 hour sessions 2 times a week during student's available times. They are available Monday, Wednesday, & Friday from 5pm-8pm as well as Saturday & Sunday from 10am-11am & 6pm-8:30pm.
Job Requirements
- Tutor must be willing to work in person, face to face at the students' home in Millbury by Dorothy Pond. They are off of MacArthur Drive near Bird's Nest Italian Street Food restaurant.
- Tutor must be available for 1 hour sessions 2 times a week during student's available times. They are available Monday, Wednesday, & Friday from 5pm-8pm as well as Saturday & Sunday from 10am-11am & 6pm-8:30pm.
- Due to insurance requirements applicants must not be a minor.
Student Availability
MON & WED & FRI 5pm-8pm
SAT & SUN 10am-11am & 5pm-8:30pm
