```Job Summary:```
We are seeking a skilled Bi-ligual in English and Spanish, experienced Supervisor/Supervisor to join our team. The Supervisor/Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing construction projects and ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of construction processes, and the ability to effectively manage a team.
```Duties:```
- Supervise and coordinate construction projects from start to finish
- Manage and direct a team of construction workers
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedules
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve any issues that may arise during construction
- Review project plans, specifications, and blueprints to ensure accuracy and feasibility
- Prepare and submit progress reports to management
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment needed for each project
- Maintain a safe working environment for all employees
```Experience:```
The ideal candidate for this position will have:
- Proven experience as a Supervisor or Supervisor in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and contract documents
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
-Valid Driver's License and Good Driving Record
