- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field – Preferred
- 3 years of job-relevant experience – Required
- Competent knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Competent knowledge to liaise with Project Management, marketing, and design team to ensure deadlines are met
- Competent knowledge of design software, specifically Adobe Creative Suite
- Competent knowledge of modern design trends and technologies
- Proficient knowledge of overall company structure
- Demonstrated skill in design software, specifically Adobe Creative Suite
- Skilled in effective verbal and written communication with an attention to detail
- Proficient verbal, oral, and written communication skills, with an attention to detail
- Proficient skill in Microsoft Office Suite Programs
- Proficient skill in time-management
- Proficient skill in multi-tasking
- Proficient skill with company software
- Proficient skill in organization, completing assignments accurately and with high attention to detail
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills

Want some more specifics? If you join the Gradient Positioning Systems crew, here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Design and management of all print design projects for FSPs
- Provide creative ideas and suggestions for print design projects for FSPs
- Resourcing print vendors for template and custom projects
- Provide print design planning and project management
- Partner to develop FSP branding through logo design and style guide and ensure ongoing brand management; maintain files for all creative assets and resources (i.e., fonts) for record keeping and referencing
- Execute print production based off templated designs for FSPs (or custom as applicable)
- Ensure print projects are delivered on time and according to specs
- Support lead generation using print mediums
- Coordinate all aspects of internal and external customer communications and database tracking as necessary
- Collaborate with other production and creative staff through all phases of production
- Manage projects and deadlines via the project tracker tool
- Consult with senior leaders and other internal and/or external customers to analyze their needs, provide recommendations, and develop appropriate products
- Manage internal and external customer relationships; partner with team members to ensure and maintain positive relationship management
- Provide direct correspondence and support for FSP inquiries, including calls, emails and face-to-face; assist team members with elevated inquires
- Promote programs to FSP to generate new users and maintain existing users
- Assist in recruiting new FSP by demonstrating the value of program
- Attend events for face-to-face recruitment and maintenance of users
- Create presentations and present to potential program users
- Educate and train internal employees on the merits of program
- All other duties as assigned
