Promotion Specialist - Sales Events

Job Overview

Balfour & Co. is actively seeking dynamic and engaging Promotion Specialists (Sales Associates) to support our class ring sales events throughout the United States. We are particularly interested in candidates located in Lubbock, TX, who are motivated to travel to various educational institutions in their vicinity. This role is part-time and seasonal, with events ranging from 4 to 10 hours in duration.

Key Responsibilities

• Informing student groups about Balfour & Co. and the range of products and services offered.
• Assisting customers through on-site iPad sales transactions.
• Setting up, organizing, and dismantling event displays efficiently.
  
  

Required Skills

• Ability to effectively operate technology devices (iPad) and guide customers in their use.
• Comfort and proficiency in speaking to large audiences.
• Strong customer service orientation and professional demeanor.
  
  

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand and move around for the entire duration of events.
• Capacity to lift up to 30 lbs. as required.
• Adherence to a punctual schedule and consistent attendance at confirmed events.
• Compliance with the established dress code, maintaining a professional appearance in business casual attire.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for sponsorship.

Compensation And Benefits

• Competitive pay starting at $20.00 per hour, plus commission opportunities on sales.
