What are the responsibilities and job description for the Events Specialist, On Call position at Umpqua/Seven Feathers Companies?
POSITION PURPOSE : Responsible for assisting Marketing with the execution of promotions, campaigns, giveaways, and concerts. Contributes to a fun and engaging guest experience. Works in a positive and supportive manner with other team members to create an elevated experience for our guests.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
- Assists Marketing with the execution of promotions, campaigns, giveaways, and concerts.
- Represents Seven Feathers Casino Resort in a positive, professional manner both on and off property for each event or promotion.
- Promptly greets guests and efficiently handles duties assigned.
- Ensures warm, courteous, and hospitable service with each interaction.
- Gains information and education through pre-function meetings, briefings, or planning prior to events.
- Team member may be required to work varying schedules such as weekend and / or evenings.
- Provides continuous contact with event organizer during function. Functions include, but are not limited to :
- Indoor & Outdoor concerts
- Festivals
- Rodeo
- Continuity Giveaways
- Maintains confidential information that is received in verbal, written, and electronic media. Limits access to information on a job-related, need-to-know basis.
