Description:
POSITION PURPOSE: Responsible for assisting Marketing with the execution of promotions, campaigns, giveaways, and concerts. Contributes to a fun and engaging guest experience. Works in a positive and supportive manner with other team members to create an elevated experience for our guests.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Assists Marketing with the execution of promotions, campaigns, giveaways, and concerts.
- Represents Seven Feathers Casino Resort in a positive, professional manner both on and off property for each event or promotion.
- Promptly greets guests and efficiently handles duties assigned.
- Ensures warm, courteous, and hospitable service with each interaction.
- Gains information and education through pre-function meetings, briefings, or planning prior to events.
- Team member may be required to work varying schedules such as weekend and/or evenings.
- Provides continuous contact with event organizer during function. Functions include, but are not limited to:
- Indoor & Outdoor concerts
- Festivals
- Rodeo
- Continuity Giveaways
- Maintains confidential information that is received in verbal, written, and electronic media. Limits access to information on a job-related, need-to-know basis.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Able to read, write and comprehend written instructions.
- Maintain a flexible schedule to be available when business needs arise.
- Excellent organizational, verbal, interpersonal, and customer relations skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks at once.
- Must be able to obtain a Class III Gaming License.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance at all times (specific standards available).
