Key Responsibilities
The Restaurant Server will be responsible for providing exceptional service to guests in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner. This includes:
- Receiving and delivering guest orders and collecting payment
- Pre-busing all tables removing soiled dishes after each course
- Performing cashiering functions by closing checks and preparing end of shift paperwork
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred
- Flexible and long hours sometimes required
- Must be able to stand during entire shift and maneuver throughout the dining area while carrying full trays of food & beverages
