This is a hybrid opportunity with the ability to work in downtown Indianapolis, IN required.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Reviewing and approving all enrollment documents for new and returning students
- Ensuring compliance with state, federal, and/or program requirements
- Writing Household Summary forms (when applicable) and ensure they meet the requirements of Choice Scholarship guidelines outlined by the state.
- Consistently managing new document submission in the Portal and ShareTru which includes enrollment documents and income verification documents.
- Outreach to students upon completion of enrollment requirements to confirm receipt of documents
- Maintaining PowerSchool data records for each individual student as well as for the school.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Experience in the education industry is preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Minimum two years experience in PowerSchool or other State Information System
- Two years experience with Microsoft Office or Google Suite
- Experience working with at risk students and families is preferred
- Ability to proofread
- Data entry skills required
