About the Role

The Senior Talent Development Architect is a pivotal role responsible for creating and delivering engaging, impactful educational experiences across virtual (live and on-demand) and in-person formats. This role ensures that all training programs reflect best practices in instructional design and leverage cutting-edge educational technologies to enhance learning outcomes.

The Senior TD Architect will design and implement diverse learning solutions, incorporating various methods and media such as face-to-face workshops, action learning, asynchronous modules, eLearning courses, videos, and virtual instructor-led training (vILT). The focus is on fostering an effective, learner-centered environment tailored to the needs of employees at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and Deliver Learning Experiences: Create and implement scalable, impactful learning programs for managers at all levels, with a focus on senior leadership development.
  • Customized Leadership Programs: Develop targeted learning paths that address diverse management needs, including core skills, leadership growth, and coaching for managers.
  • Content Development and Curation: Create and curate innovative, interactive content that integrates DEIB, coaching, feedback culture, and leadership best practices into everyday workflows.
  • Facilitation and Engagement: Lead and facilitate dynamic workshops, labs, and experiential learning sessions, fostering peer learning and group reflection.
  • Partnership and Collaboration: Work closely with the Senior Talent Development Manager and cross-functional teams to align learning solutions with organizational priorities and leadership capabilities.
  • Evaluation and Innovation: Implement assessment tools and feedback loops to evaluate program effectiveness, leveraging insights to refine and enhance learning experiences.
  • Industry Best Practices: Stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in talent development to ensure Grady remains at the forefront of leadership training.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in designing and delivering leadership development programs for managers and senior leaders.
  • Expertise in instructional design and adult learning principles, with the ability to integrate DEIB and coaching into training content.
  • Strong facilitation skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences and fostering meaningful learning experiences.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure and refine program effectiveness based on insights.
  • Excellent collaboration and project management skills, with a track record of working across teams to achieve organizational goals.

Required Skills:

  • Strong familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) concepts and functionality, with a proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems.
  • Proficiency in using learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, and Vyond for creating eLearning content and animations.
  • Demonstrated competence in high-visibility roles requiring extensive cross-functional collaboration, particularly within human resources platforms.
  • Technical and practical expertise in HR practices and metrics, with the ability to deliver integrated human capital solutions to diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong technical skills and analytical abilities, including interpreting metrics and dashboards, coupled with sound judgment and a focus on operational excellence.

Preferred Skills:

  • SHRM Certification or equivalent credentials.
  • Certification in Emotional Intelligence (EQ), DiSC, DDI, or Hogan assessments.
  • Deep understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design principles.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in presenting to large audiences and engaging diverse groups.
  • Expertise in project management, diagnostics, and consulting, with a proven ability to deliver impactful solutions.
  • Strategic thinking and systematic problem-solving skills to drive long-term success.
