SUMMARY:
The Imaging Scheduling Liaison coordinates with providers and patients to ensure accurate, prompt and courteous scheduling of Imaging Services appointments. Customer Service tasks would include interfacing with customers via email and phone, entering and scheduling orders in the EPIC system, and monitoring EPIC work queues.
QUALIFICATION:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Two or more years job related experience in a high volume healthcare environment.
- Experience entering data in to an electronic health record.
- Knowledge of Medical Terminology.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Radiology department workflow and various imaging modalities.
