What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Specialist position at Grady Talent Acquisition?
SUMMARY
The Administrative Specialist provides admissions and administrative support to Grady EMS Training Program including development and implementation of effective admissions procedures, distribution of incoming and outgoing correspondence, developing and maintaining student transcripts. Provides administrative assistance to members of management in a variety of functions including, but not limited to, coordination of processing and filing documents, and creating documents and spreadsheets. Provides timely and accurate information that management can use to make operating decisions. Maintains and assists with data entry to maximize efficiency and control of resources.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Associates degree or higher in Business or related field preferred
- Minimum three (3) years administrative experience, preferably in an education setting, to include experience providing customer service, and handling confidential information
- Must possess strong writing skills and expert MS Office Suite skills
