SUMMARY:
The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst (SBIA) is responsible for delivering enterprise business intelligence and analytics solutions that enable our business partners to meet our organizational mission. This position consults with executives and business leaders to manage a product roadmap for a team of analysts, developers, administrators, and architects. The SBIA develops, configures, maintains, and supports data and analytics solutions in a variety of applications, especially Microsoft and Epic Cogito ergo Sum. The SBIA provides leadership to the team through demonstrated excellence in customer service, technical expertise, efficient product development, end user adoption, and teamwork.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- Preferred: Masters (MHA, MBA, MSc Computer Science Engineering)
- Five years of relevant experience in healthcare, analytics, informatics, or related field.

Three years Experience with any of the major Business Intelligence reporting tools, such as BusinessObjects, Tableau, PowerBI, QlikView, Cognos, or Microstrategy.
? Preferred:
Clinical or healthcare background and/or experience with Epic software.
Relevant academic experience and work experience in statistics, with exposure to data structures and data visualization.
Experience designing simulation, optimization, and predictive models used in business decisions.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to graphically present complex data.

- Ability to execute projects independently; able to oversee multiple projects from inception to deployment.
Preferred:
- Project Management skills or background a plus, particularly with analytics-related projects.
- Epic Cogito Project Manager
- Programming skills related to quantitative analysis: R, SAS, SPSS, Python, MATLAB.
