Corporations contract with Graebel as a trusted supplier for relocating their employees. If a client company would like to move a specific employee from one city to another, then our relocation division works with that employee to administer his or her benefits within the parameters of that company's policy or policies.

The Senior Consultant, Global Client Support  will provide dedicated support to the client, ensuring seamless communication and efficient handling of mobility-related tasks. This role serves as a direct liaison between Graebel's internal teams and the client, strengthening and preserving the relationship between both parties.

1. Client Interaction and Engagement :

  • Act as the main point of contact for the client and its employees regarding the Global Mobility program.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, addressing questions and concerns promptly.
  • Facilitate communication between the client and Graebel frontline operational teams.

2. Operational Process Improvements :

  • Continuously seek and recommend improvements to internal operational processes.
  • Recommend enhancements for the relocation program to improve efficiency.
  • 3. Transferee and Business Partner Support :

  • o Handle questions from transferees and business partners within clients' internal platform.
  • 4. Project Management :

  • Support ad hoc projects related to the client's mobility needs.
  • 5. Training and Education :

  • Collaborate with the client's mobility team to identify training topics for Human Resources or Talent Acquisition staff.
  • 6. User Access Management :

  • Maintain user access for internal client initiators and users.
  • 7. Additional Duties :   Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.

    Required Skills

  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, technical procedures and numerical data.
  • Ability to write simple reports and general business correspondence.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, customers and employees.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
  • Required Experience

    Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management preferred or 3 years of related experience in lieu of formal education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience

  • 1 years of relevant work experience required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Ability to learn and work within Software systems
  • Licenses / Certifications / Specialized Training

  • Certified Relocation Professional preferred
