Corporations contract with Graebel as a trusted supplier for relocating their employees. If a client company would like to move a specific employee from one city to another, then our relocation division works with that employee to administer his or her benefits within the parameters of that company's policy or policies.
The Senior Consultant, Global Client Support will provide dedicated support to the client, ensuring seamless communication and efficient handling of mobility-related tasks. This role serves as a direct liaison between Graebel's internal teams and the client, strengthening and preserving the relationship between both parties.
1. Client Interaction and Engagement :
- Act as the main point of contact for the client and its employees regarding the Global Mobility program.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, addressing questions and concerns promptly.
- Facilitate communication between the client and Graebel frontline operational teams.
