We are looking for a Senior Structural Technician to work in a collaborative team environment in our Minneapolis, MN office. Projects include a wide variety of new commercial buildings in the areas of healthcare, education, multi-family, hospitality, industrial, and office, as well as renovation projects and analysis of existing buildings.
Senior Structural Technician job responsibilities include:
- Structural drafting and modeling for structural engineers
- Developing renderings
- Assisting in site visits
- Coordinating the production of construction documents
- Provide mentorship to junior staff
We are considering Senior Structural Technician candidates who meet the following minimum qualifications:
- An Associate's degree in CAD drafting preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years similar experience. Candidates with greater than 5 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient with Revit.
- Experience with structural modeling and drafting.
- Experience in Navisworks and BIM 360 is considered a plus.
