New Vehicle Sales

Job Summary:

Graff Chevrolet is seeking a dynamic and motivated New Vehicle Salesperson to join our team. You will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the perfect new Chevrolet vehicle to meet their needs. You will also need to provide exceptional customer service, guide customers through the sales process, and cultivate lasting relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Our sales staff are able to cross sell between our new and pre-owned inventory. No prior sales experience is necessary. Our top performers can make $100K and we offer training pay, a generous incentive based pay plan, matching 401K, vacation time, excellent benefits, along with a flexible schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand customers' needs and preferences to recommend suitable new Chevrolet vehicles.
• Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features and capabilities.

Sales Process:

• Assist customers through the entire sales process, from vehicle selection to financing options.
• Negotiate pricing and terms to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
• Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently.

Product Knowledge:

• Stay up-to-date on the latest Chevrolet models, features, and technology.
• Educate customers about vehicle specifications, warranties, and available options.
• Address any customer questions or concerns regarding new Chevrolet vehicles.

Customer Satisfaction:

• Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a sales environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and Saturdays.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
