About the Role....
The Ecommerce Specialist is the point person between Amazon activities and all Grafix process and departments. This position will need to understand, monitor, and investigate transactions and changes in Amazon selling platform so they can communicate & coordinate updates, plans and opportunities with all appropriate departments.
What You’ll Be Doing…
Seller Account Expertise:
- Create, Audit, Maintain, and Update Product listings, pricing, and advertising across Marketplaces.
- Monitor Amazon site, policies and procedures for updates and changes.
- Lead, plan and manage Seller Central catalogue, pricing and benchmarking, cases, account health, buyer messaging, orders, returns, invoicing etc.
Numbers That Impact Decisions:
- Track & evaluate entitlements, chargebacks, and discounts.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual reports to present to the team.
- Forecast inventory needs based on sales history and seasonal trends.
Creative Collaboration:
- Work closely with our marketing team to evaluate opportunities and new programs.
- Make our brand shine in the digital arena.
Performance Mastery:
- Establish procedures to strengthen Amazon listings and stimulate growth.
- Enhance brand visibility, increase traffic, and accelerate sales.
- Knowledgeable in optimizing titles, bullets, product descriptions, keywords, images and A Content.
Physical Demands/Working Conditions
90% office/desk environment. Occasional need to walk into warehouse/manufacturing facility.
Education/License Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent job experience; minimum 2 years)
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
- Computer Literacy – Customer website programs, Office, and ancillary software; ERP experience a plus
- E-commerce experience; Amazon platform preferred
- Demonstrated success of proactively planning, setting priorities, executing, and delivering results
- Strong analytical, verbal and written communication and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to identify both short- and long-range growth opportunities
- Excellent attention to detail
