We are seeking a Student Conduct & Incentive Officer (CSIO) Manager to join the Grafton Job Corps team!

Position Summary:
Responsible for the management of progressive student discipline, recognition and incentive programs. Analyzes student discipline and incentive data as well as uses proper judgement and discretion to resolve student issues and problems effectively. Ensures strict confidentiality of sensitive information and integrity of student data. Supports management in training staff on effective student management techniques.
Schedule: Monday 8-5, Tuesday 11-8, and Wednesday-Friday 8-5
Responsibilities:
· Oversee the Center behavior management system to ensure compliance with regulations.
· Provides orientation to new students including explaining Center rules, incentive and disciplinary system.
Collaborates with staff and student leaders to ensure a positive normative campus culture.
· Administers penalties for disciplinary infractions in accordance with DOL policy, approved sanction guide and the Student Handbook.
· Appoints and trains staff to serve on the Center’s Fact Finding Boards and Behavior Review Panels.
· Investigates student incidents involving student misconduct. Reports significant concerns to the Center Director.
Qualifications:
A minimum of two years’ experience in Job Corps or related youth program required. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school preferred. Must possess a valid in-State Driver’s License and meet company insurability requirements.
Management/supervision:
This position reports directly to the Center Director. This position supervises and manages one full-time staff.
