Graham Auto Mall has an opening in its Business Development Center for full time BDC/Appointment Setter.

Hourly wage plus generous bonus plan for appointment shows.

What does our Business Development Team do?

• Assists the service and sales teams to ensure top-quality customer experience and satisfaction.
• Responds to customers through any and all communication methods; in person, on the telephone or via text/email/video/chat.
• Schedules and confirms solid and specific appointments- Each appointment you schedule that shows, PAYS YOU A BONUS!
• Monitors and updates information in our Customer Retention Management (CRM) databases

What are the job requirements?

• Regular and reliable job attendance
• Must be able to work a rotating schedule
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
• Knowledge of inventory control principles and practices is preferred.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
• Familiarity with dealership operations is an advantage but not required.
• Exceptional phone etiquette that reflects positively on the company’s brand image.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail. Must have a friendly and enthusiastic attitude with the drive to provide excellent customer service
• Show initiative and the ability to work independently
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be tech-savvy and internet proficient
• Master all training materials including scripts and word tracks; staying up to date on product knowledge and applicable training paths
