About the role:
To date, Grail has become a market leader by focusing on TikTok first creators. As an Instagram Talent Manager you will be an integral part of Grail shaping our strategy and growth into managing Instagram first creators. You’ll play a pivotal role in signing new talent, nurturing and advancing the careers of Instagram creators, and establishing relationships with brands and agency partners. For the right candidate, this role represents an opportunity to grow with the Grail team and expand our unique management model.
About you:
In-Depth Knowledge of Instagram: You MUST HAVE demonstrated expertise and familiarity with the Instagram platform and it's ecosystem
Extensive experience Managing Creators on Instagram: We’re looking for someone who is already a pro-level talent manager, that knows the ins and outs of managing Instagram creators effectively and can point to an existing roster of creators that they have managed
Familiarity With Bookers: You’ll know which brands consistently book creators, which agencies are prolific bookers, who to avoid, and know what type of creator profiles they want to book
Effective Communication and Negotiation Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with influencers, brands, and marketing agencies
Entrepreneurial Spirit: You’ll be driving this division within Grail forward from zero to one
Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to flexible working hours to accommodate the dynamic nature of the role
Autonomous Drive: Capability to work independently, set and pursue ambitious goals, and drive personal initiatives
