We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage accounts receivable and payable, handle daily invoicing, and provide general office support. This role involves verifying Bills of Lading, sending invoices to customers, manages freight payables, and assisting with data entry and various clerical tasks. You will also prepare reports, release inventory PO receipts, answer telephones, greet visitors, and assist with mail and other office duties.
The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or equivalent with 4 years of experience, though an AA in accounting is preferred. You should have a solid understanding of accounting principles, be detail-oriented, and possess good PC, analytical, and calculator skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and strong organizational skills are essential. Exceptional interpersonal communication skills and phone etiquette are also required. You should be able to work independently on assigned tasks and collaboratively with the administrative team.
