Job Summary: As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing revenue and achieving shared metrics of daily calls, customer face time minutes.

Your Role:
- Determine and present the appropriate Grainger Value Proposition to each account, reviewing how Grainger can add value and help with each account's purchasing needs.
- Create a territory plan that optimizes call routes, maximizes time in the field, and ensures delivery of a sales plan that meets performance targets.
- Maintain account and customer contact, recording follow-up details in Grainger's CRM.
- Take a proactive approach to increasing sales with each account, using a wide array of available communication channels to maximize their purchasing with Grainger through all of Grainger's sales/service channels.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 1 year of sales experience
- Able to travel and have occasional overnights (dependent on territory)
- A valid driver's license
