Position Details
The Human Resource Generalist serves as a Business Partner to operational counterparts while directly guiding team members and other members of leadership. Reporting directly to the Human Resource Manager, the Human Resource Generalist translates human capital effects to support our goals like change projects, building talent, engaging team members, enhancing culture, and finally improving performance. This position will reside in Patterson, Californiaat the Grainger Distribution Center. The Human Resources Generalist works onsite supporting first shift operations working five 8 hour days Monday through Friday. Start time is flexible but will be approximately 8 : 00 AM PST.
Compensation :
This position is salaried and will pay between $71,800-119,600 / year plus a bonus.

You Will
- Facilitate programs and implementing process improvements within Human Resources and across the Distribution Center.
- Handle all on going people-related projects.
- Implement Human Resources policies, procedures, and programs, which support our strategy.
- Identify ways to improve resources to provide efficient structure to our organization.
- Ensure compliance with Federal and State legislation related to all human resources matters.
- Help with the implementation and administration aof communications plans.
- Help administer the workers compensation program for the facility.
