As a Senior HR Generalist, you will play a vital role in shaping the employee experience and ensuring HR practices align with our business goals. Supporting our Midwest companies-including Craftsman (CA), Tru-Cut (UT), and Accuzona (AZ)-you will work closely with leadership and employees to foster a positive and compliant workplace.
What You'll Do:
βοΈ Act as a trusted HR advisor, providing guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and compliance.
βοΈ Lead recruitment efforts, from job postings to onboarding, ensuring we attract and retain top talent.
βοΈ Manage bi-weekly payroll and benefits administration for Midwest teams.
βοΈ Coach managers on performance improvement, career development, and workforce planning.
βοΈ Stay ahead of HR trends, policies, and best practices to keep our teams engaged and informed.
What You Bring:
πΉ Experience: 3-7 years in HR, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
πΉ Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (PHR preferred).
πΉ Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management abilities.
πΉ Bilingual: Able to communicate effectively in Spanish.
πΉ Flexibility: Willingness to travel quarterly to our West Coast locations.
