Compensation:
This position is hourly, and the anticipated pay range is $18 to $23/hour. The range provided is not a guarantee of compensation. The range reflects the potential base pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual base pay compensation will depend, in part, on factors such as geographic work location and relevant experience and skills.The anticipated compensation range described above is subject to change and the compensation ultimately paid may be higher or lower than the range described above.

Onsite Services Crib Associates (OSCA) perform warehouse and inventory management responsibilities and functions to support inventory integrity, order processing - picking, packing, staging, and shipping, and general maintenance and housekeeping responsibilities to provide a safe and clean work environment. You will report to On-Site Service Manager.

• Receive product from multiple sources including Grainger competitors; put away product and maximize cube space
• Process backorders to fulfill customer orders and meet order ready times
• Picks & stages customer orders to achieve our goals and Customer expectations
• Pick and prepare orders for customer. (**tracking items removed from crib**)
• Perform inventory counts to ensure inventory accuracy
• Grounds keeping and trash collection/disposal to provide a clean appearance for customers and employees
• Support customer service by assisting customers picking up and loading product
• Resolve customer problems promptly in a manner to retain and promote customer loyalty

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 years of experience in related field
• Lift 25 to 60lbs
• Operate computerized scanning equipment and PC based programs including SAP
• Customer service and sales growth oriented
