Position Summary:
The Junior Supply Chain Analyst plays a key role in supporting the Purchasing Department and ensuring smooth, efficient product flow across our network of locations. This role focuses on inventory management, demand planning, and internal collaboration to help deliver the high level of service our customers expect.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain optimal inventory levels at each location to support daily sales and long-term stock planning
Analyze customer demand and product placement to maximize order fulfillment and minimize delays
Coordinate with the Purchasing and Warehousing teams to manage inbound, outbound, and intercompany product movement
Identify and present opportunities for process improvement regarding product flow, inventory accuracy, and obsolete stock
Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for the customer-facing sales team regarding purchasing and inventory inquiries
Ensure procurement data accuracy within internal systems
Assist with special projects and additional tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
Associate degree or 3–5 years of relevant experience in supply chain, purchasing, or inventory management
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with NetSuite is a plus
Excellent organizational and communication skills
High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Team-oriented mindset with a strong problem-solving ability
Must be able to work full-time, on-site
