We’re currently looking for a motivated and customer-focused E-Commerce / Online Sales Associate to help us grow our digital presence and support our online customers throughout their shopping experience.
We are seeking candidates located in the Indiana, Iowa, Illinois, or Wisconsin metro areas who are passionate about providing top-notch virtual support and driving online sales in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Respond to online customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a professional and timely manner
- Assist customers with product recommendations, availability, promotions, and order status
- Process and manage online orders through our e-commerce platform
- Collaborate with internal departments (logistics, service, in-store sales teams) to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all online sales and customer interactions
- Monitor website for product accuracy, pricing updates, and inventory
- Suggest improvements to online sales processes and customer experience
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in e-commerce, retail, or customer service preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable using e-commerce platforms, CRMs, and basic Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
