At Grand Appliance & TV, we specialize in providing a customer-focused shopping experience in state-of-the-art showrooms featuring top-quality brands. We are currently hiring for a full-time role with training beginning on March 3rd, 2025.
We’re seeking smart, motivated individuals to handle all aspects of the sales process, including post-delivery coordination. This role is unique, as it involves assisting a Builder Sales Associate and supporting store associates to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule deliveries and installations with customers and installers.
- Support the Builder Sales Associate with scheduling, product transfers, and invoice updates.
- Assist store associates with tasks such as order processing, customer interactions, and resolving delivery issues.
- Identify special delivery instructions and communicate issues to the appropriate team.
- Handle payments for COD orders and coordinate service calls.
- Prepare detailed specifications and ensure clarity on installation responsibilities.
- Assist customers in the showroom as needed.
- Communicate with customer service to address escalated issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Friendly, customer-centric attitude with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to conduct quick online searches and advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Associate Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $17.00 - $19.00/hour (based on experience)
