Duties

- Assist guests with inquiries regarding menu items and restaurant services.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Collaborate with waitstaff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
