Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to a team environment and assist coworkers in handling issues or difficult or unhappy guests, both internal and external.
- Keep the Barista Supervisor and Manager apprised of all issues and concerns.
- Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
- Develop strong verbal communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
