Education Professional - Lower Elementary Level

Job Description:
Grand Canyon Unified Schools is seeking a highly qualified Lower Elementary Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of curriculum and instruction, with experience and expertise in the Science of Reading and phonetic instruction. They should also be willing to follow established curriculum and have a strong ability to motivate students and get them excited about learning.

Main Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the needs of diverse learners.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and collaboration among students.
• Cultivate effective communication with students, parents, and school personnel to ensure seamless coordination and support.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or related field.
• Valid Arizona Standard Professional Early Childhood Certificate.
• Valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Experience in teaching lower elementary grades (K-3).
