This course is a laboratory course emphasizing both the theoretical and applied aspects of experimental design and research methodology. A variety of activities are performed in such areas as learning, motivation, and perception.
What You Will Do
- Facilitate classroom lecture and discussions
- Engage students in learning course objectives and topics
- Assess student performance and mentor success in the classroom
- Provide a positive example to students by supporting the University’s Doctrinal Statement, Ethical Position Statement, and Mission of Grand Canyon University
- Professional or Teaching experience required
- Master’s (or higher) in Psychology possessing 9 graduate credits in Experimental Psychology
- Exceptions may be granted to individuals with a Master’s in any field and has substantial teaching experience
- Your unofficial transcript reflecting degree earned with 9 graduate credit hours in the areas listed above
- Your unofficial transcripts for any applicable conferred graduate degrees
