We are in search of a Snow Crew Supervisor at $18 per hour to join our Ski team at our 1,300 acre Grand Geneva Resort & Spa in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin.

About the role
A grand opportunity awaits as part of the Grand Geneva family as a Snow Crew Supervisor : Responsible for the safe and efficient production of quality snow.
Responsible for hiring / staffing, scheduling, and performance management / evaluations. Also fulfills day to day work responsibilities for the organization as needed and exhibits the highest level of expertise in all areas.
What will you be doing?
- Supervise all Snow Makers.
- Assist in pre-season set-up and post-season tear-down.
- Assist in snow sports area maintenance, snow making, and lift operation.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What do you bring to the role?
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Prior supervisory experience preferred.
- Enjoy working with general public.
- Must be organized and take direction well.
- Have flexible schedule - may be required to work 2
or 3
shift.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Must be able to tolerate extreme weather conditions.
