- Guest Engagement: Provide a warm welcome, addressing guests by name whenever possible to create a memorable dining experience.
- Table Maintenance: Clear and reset tables, remove dirty dishes, and keep tables and chairs clean and presentable.
- Service Support: Replenish linens, silverware, and glassware, and support servers by promptly supplying items like soups, salads, and desserts.
- Dining Area Upkeep: Regularly attend to spills, wipe down surfaces, and maintain a clean, pleasant atmosphere throughout service.
- End-of-Shift Duties: Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors, complete side work, and restock supplies to ensure a prepared dining area for the next shift.
