The Grand Hyatt Deer Valley Hotel is in the famed Deer Valley ski resort and approximately 40 minutes from the Salt Lake City International Airport. The Grand Hyatt Deer Valley Hotel is part of a new development, planned to incorporate 17 ski lifts, ±1,600 residential units, 8 hotels with a total of ±1,350 rooms, ±250,000 square feet of conference and retail space, and one of the largest "ski beaches" in the world.
The Grand Hyatt is comprised of 436 luxury accommodations including 381 guest rooms, 55 residences and 22 suites with approximately 30,000 square feet of versatile indoor meeting space, lobby level 3-meal restaurant and bar, signature bar, pool / aprs ski bar and grill, coffee bistro, large outdoor event terrace, pool and 3 whirlpools, kids club, and fitness area.

The Sales Systems Administrator is an individual whose responsibilities include maintaining the sales systems, preparing reports and analysis, as well as provide support to the Area Director of Sales & Marketing and Sales Managers. Highly organized, detail oriented, analytically minded, good oral and written communication skills are of utmost importance. The Sales Systems Administrator has to manage confidential payroll, hotel and associate information, so the ability to monitor private information is a must. Primary Job Responsibilities :
- Maintain Sales files in an organized fashion and as per specified standards.
- Answer phones; qualify incoming inquiry calls and ensuring all inquiries are dealt with accurately timely and in a professional manner.
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
- Assist managers on creative projects including proposals, contract, special events, VIP arrivals, site inspections, etc.
- Maintain timely and effective paper flow and communication within department and to other departments.
- Assist guests and clients with small changes requests etc. and completes needed paperwork for Manager.
- Monitor / Ordering of office supplies and sales collateral.
- Organize in house deliveries amenities welcome letters transportation schedules etc. as needed.
- Maintaining organization of office files and entries into Envision system on a daily basis.
- Assists in coordinating client needs and client events.
- Represents themselves and the hotel with the highest level of integrity and professionalism, a service -focused approach and a caring, sincere attitude at all times.
- Exhibits a positive and involved team attitude to all hotel departments and maintains open communication with all coworkers for the best overall performance of the hotel.
- Attend different department meetings in order to ensure proper execution and contract details are adhered to.
