Be part of our Guest Services team as Concierge at the Grand Hyatt Indian Wells Resort and Villas. Located in Greater Palm Springs, Grand Hyatt Indian Wells has completed a property-wide renovation and up branding from Regency to Grand. Grand Hyatt features 531 newly transformed luxury guestrooms, suites, casita-style villas, and two brand new Celebrity Chef (Angelo Sosa) food & beverage venues. Set within the perfect backdrop of scenic Indian Wells, this property will be a destination favorite as it is positioned to take hospitality to a new level in the destination.

Concierges are responsible for answering questions, giving direction and making detailed reservations or recommendations. This position requires knowledge of hotel services, local events and venues and transportation options. This offers the opportunity to engage in casual conversation and to indulge special requests.
The pay rate for this position is $19.00 hourly. This is the pay rate for this position that Hyatt Regency Indian Wells reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, such as experience and education.
