The Loss Prevention/Security Dispatcher plays a vital role in preventing theft and keeping the hotel guests, customers, and colleagues safe. This is a fast paced position with contact customer interaction that requires organization and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work mornings, afternoons/evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Supervising and dispatching the Bellstand function of the hotel
- Dispatching calls and answering phones
- Conduct foot patrols throughout the property
- Reviewing camera footage
- Monitoring the employee entrance, signing out guest passes to vendors, and conducting bag checks.
- Responding to medical emergencies on the premises
- Assist customers, guests, and colleagues with any security related issues or questions
- Perform all duties as assigned by the Security Supervisor/Director

Qualifications

- Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk moderate distances.

- Proficient in basic computer skills.
