Essential Duties
- Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to collaborate on resort
promotion.
- Assist with copy & collateral creation for digital marketing channels (website, social
media, email).
- Assist with continuous website updates and improvements.
- Create and/or distribute promotional collateral to local & national outlets.
- Cut and distribute print collateral as needed.
- Assist with collaboration and idea creation for advertisements and ad campaigns.
- Continuously search for areas of improvement and optimization in marketing strategies.
- Assist with the creation of menus, flyers, presentation and other pieces of digital and print collateral
- Assist with the organization and distribution of resort content, photography, and collateral
- Coordinate Media FAM and influencer trips with Marketing Team
- Assist with planning and coordinating resort photo and content shoot
The starting rate of pay for this position is $23 per hour. Actual pay will be commensurate with experience.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, digital marketing, communications, or related field.
- 1-2 years of marketing experience in the resort industry is preferred.
- Working knowledge of Mailchimp, Canva and Microsoft Office applications.
- Eagerness to learn and expand upon one’s skills is key.
- Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
- Experience with Adobe applications including Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere and Acrobat.
