Key Responsibilities:
- Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, ensuring optimal functionality and guest comfort.
- Troubleshoot and repair various mechanical systems to maintain the resort's operational efficiency.
- Respond promptly to service requests and perform repairs in a timely manner to minimize disruption.
- Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to ensure safety and compliance with all resort and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including repairs, inspections, and preventative maintenance.
- Ensure the resort's HVAC systems operate efficiently, minimizing downtime and maximizing guest satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC Mechanic or equivalent trade school training.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, mechanical equipment, and preventative maintenance.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair a wide variety of mechanical systems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A positive, can-do attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
