What We Need
The Finance Manager is a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, responsible for overseeing all the financial operations of Grand Image. This includes strategic financial planning, budgeting, compliance, and providing actionable insights to support the company’s profitability and growth. The role also involves managing the Accounting team and collaborating with other departments to ensure financial alignment.
What You’ll Do
Finance :
- Oversee financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Prepare and manage the annual budget, ensuring alignment with the company’s financial goals.
- Review, analyze, and present financial reports, providing insights to support strategic decisions.
- Manage the Accounting team and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Define, communicate and enforce financial policies companywide.
- Resolve escalations in collaboration with the sales team.
- Oversee corporate insurance management.
- Assist the accountant in preparing annual tax filings.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
